We primarily serve high-earning women—founders, entrepreneurs, and executives—who are generating $500K+ in business revenue or earn $250K+ in household income. While most of our clients run their own businesses, what matters most is that you’re ready to be intentional with your money, delegate the strategy, and build lasting wealth. If that sounds like you, we may be a great fit.
No, you do not need a current portfolio. We acknowledge that for many business owners, a large portion of wealth may be tied up in the business itself, not in personal investment accounts (yet). So whether you’re starting fresh or already managing a sizable portfolio, we're here to make sure your overall financial picture is aligned, diversified, and working as hard as you do.
We manage a wide range of investment accounts, including Traditional and Roth IRAs, brokerage accounts, 529 college savings plans, HSAs (Health Savings Accounts), and custodial accounts (like Roth or brokerage accounts for minors). We also support trust accounts as part of a broader estate or legacy plan.
For business owners, we manage Solo 401(k)s, SEP IRAs, and full Company 401(k) plans. If you have a team, we can serve as the advisor of record to your company 401(k) plan, offering education and support to your employees while ensuring your retirement benefits align with your personal wealth strategy.
We use a mix of low-cost ETFs, mutual funds, and occasionally alternative investments—always chosen with intention and tailored to your goals. We don’t sell commission-based products (ever), and we’re not here to “push” anything. Every investment we recommend is aligned with your lifestyle, your values, and your long-term vision.
Yes, many of our clients invest in real estate—whether it’s short-term rentals, long-term holds, or syndications. While we don’t source or manage real estate deals directly, we help you understand how real estate fits into your overall wealth strategy. We’ll assess diversification, cash flow, risk exposure, and tax strategies to make sure your real estate investments are aligned with your long-term goals. Think of us as your strategic partner—not your property manager.
Your business is one of your most powerful wealth-building tools, and we treat it as such. While we don’t manage day-to-day operations or handle your bookkeeping, we do collaborate closely with your CFO, bookkeeper, and accountant or tax strategist to ensure everything is working together. That includes optimizing salary and owner’s distributions, entity structure, retirement plan contributions, and tax strategy—so your business income supports your long-term personal wealth.
Yes, we are fiduciary financial advisors, which means we are legally and ethically required to act in your best interest—unlike many financial professionals who sell commission-based products. Our advice is 100% independent, transparent, and designed for your success.
We begin every client relationship with a flat-fee engagement for the creation of your personalized wealth strategy. Once your strategy is complete, we’ll customize your ongoing advisory fee based on your financial situation and the complexity of your planning needs. This may be a flat fee, an asset-based fee, or a combination of both—always tailored to what makes the most sense for you. Our fees are fully transparent, so you’ll always know exactly what to expect.
Once you say yes to becoming a client, we’ll send you a checklist to gather key documents, statements, and data ahead of your initial strategy call. From there, we kick off a 30-day planning phase that includes two in-depth strategy meetings where we build your personalized wealth plan.
The following 30 days are all about onboarding and implementation. We’ll open and consolidate any investment accounts, get you set up in your client portal, and begin collaborating with your financial team—like your tax strategist and estate planner—to ensure everything is aligned.
Ongoing, we schedule two formal strategy review meetings each year (typically spring and fall), and you’ll always have access to us via email or our private calendar link for ad-hoc needs. Behind the scenes, we’re continuously monitoring your tax, investment, and estate strategies—proactively guiding your plan all year long.
If you decide to switch, we’ll handle the transition for you—reviewing your current setup, helping transfer any investment accounts, and making sure nothing gets lost in the shuffle. We also coordinate with your existing professionals, like your CPA or bookkeeper, to keep everything aligned. The process is seamless, and we’ll guide you through every step.
